Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of Cyber Defense to lead the global incident response and threat management strategy. This hybrid role will require overseeing rapid detection, containment, and remediation of security incidents across a multinational organization.

The ideal candidate will build an AI-first SOC, align with Legal, Privacy, and Quality, and report to the Technology organization while driving executive-readable metrics and post-incident improvements.
