Perkins&Will is seeking a visionary, strategic leader to serve as Firmwide Director of Diversity. This role embeds J.E.D.I.
into design practice, culture, and client outcomes across global locations, advancing belonging, equity, and accountability within the firm. Reporting to the President, you will partner with executive and studio leaders to translate equity into recruitment, leadership development, and inclusive design.
