Job description
DuPont is seeking a Director of Transfer Pricing to lead the global TP strategy, policy development, documentation, and controversy management. The role partners with Finance, Tax, Legal, and business leadership to align TP with the enterprise's operating model and value chain.
Responsibilities include overseeing annual TP processes, evaluating IP ownership structures, managing intercompany financing, and guiding planning for acquisitions, restructurings, and supply chain transformations.
