Job description
Fivetran is seeking a Director of Workplace & Engagement to lead the Employee Experience function across 10 global offices, including remote and hybrid workers. This senior role owns office space strategy, vendor relationships, and a comprehensive events program to foster belonging.
You will partner with Finance and other leaders to balance employee experience with budgetary constraints, travel to global locations, and drive a best-in-class workplace culture inside a rapidly growing data company.
