Job description
Becton, Dickinson, and Company is seeking an experienced employment law counsel to act as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders across global units. You will provide practical, preventive counseling, draft employment documents, and oversee pre-litigation matters to protect the company’s interests.
The role reports to the Chief Employment Counsel and supports transformation initiatives, workforce planning, and enterprise programs with a focus on risk management and business impact.
