Job description
GT School is seeking a founder-minded leader to head global expansion of a high-performance gifted school model. Start with a prototype campus and scale into a national network, aligning operations, staffing, and governance.
You will own the vision, recruit partners, and build scalable processes, with weekly compensation via contractor agreement with Crossover. The role requires full-time commitment, travel to Austin monthly, and a track record of scaling ventures.
