Job description
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, External Quality for External Contract Laboratories (ECLs) in the Americas, located in Horsham, PA, Malvern, PA, or Raritan, NJ. You will drive quality assurance, compliance, and supplier oversight across NA and LATAM regions.
You will lead qualification activities, develop quality systems, perform audits, and collaborate with DPDS, Global Quality, and Procurement. Travel may be required to audit sites and ensure cGMP compliance.
