Job description
BD seeks an Associate Director, Global Facilities BD Excellence to lead the deployment of enterprise standards and continuous improvement programs across global facilities operations, including manufacturing, R&D, laboratories, warehouses, and offices.
The role partners with regional facilities leaders and key stakeholders to improve asset reliability, reduce energy consumption, and deliver measurable productivity and cost savings. Up to 25% travel is required.
