Job description
Klaviyo is seeking a Director of Global Field Enablement to own enablement strategy and the operating model across the full GTM and post‑sale lifecycle. You will drive measurable outcomes such as faster ramp, higher productivity, stronger attainment, and consistent adoption of sales methodologies.
