Job description
Unilever Fragrance House is seeking a Global Program & Operations Director to run the global operating backbone that turns BG priorities into a delivered fragrance programme. Reporting to the Head of UFH, you will lead end-to-end systems, governance and performance across a worldwide network.
You will design hub strategy, scale-up, lab operations and palette management, partnering with Strategy, Procurement and Supply Chain.
