Job description
ShipMonk is seeking a Director of Operations Learning & Development to scale capability across our fulfillment network. You will own ramp programs, training content, and leadership development to accelerate new-hire performance and sustain high coaching standards.
You will design network-wide curricula, certify trainers, build measurement systems, and partner with analytics to drive improvements in time-to-rate and supervisor capability.
