Job description
Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Senior Director of Strategy and Growth for Electromagnetic Defensive Solutions (EDS). Reporting to the President of EDS, the role drives global growth, identifies opportunities in EW, radar, RF, and AI-enabled systems, and leads strategic market development across defense and international markets.
The leader will align portfolio investments with growth, partner with product management, and build multi-year growth pipelines to meet AOP and STRAP targets.
