Job description
Ironclad is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to drive global GTM and G&A recruiting across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will shape end-to-end strategies, mentor top recruiters, and partner with executive teams to attract world-class talent for Solutions Engineering, Account Executives, Customer Success, RevOps, and Professional Services.
You will lead a team, implement scalable processes, and provide data-driven insights to guide hiring and compensation decisions.
