Job description

Anthropic is seeking a leader for Sales Strategy within our Central GTM Strategy, Operations & Analytics group. You will own the core sales motions, target personas and geographies, and drive execution across field and channel partners.

You will synthesize field feedback with pipeline and performance data to guide decisions, coordinating with Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategic outcomes.
