Job description
GondolaBio is seeking a senior clinical operations leader to drive global Phase 1–4 trials, including early development designs. You will own end-to-end operational strategy, oversee CROs and vendors, and partner with Clinical Development, Safety, Regulatory, and Biostatistics to ensure timely, high-quality study delivery.
You have 12+ years in clinical operations, experience in neurology or rare diseases, and a track record of leadership in international trials and complex vendor ecosystems.
