Job description
Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) seeks a Managing Director, Investment Structuring to lead the global structuring strategy and oversee major initiatives across platforms. You will partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Risk, and Actuarial functions to optimize capital, governance, and portfolio performance.
The role requires an MBA with 10+ years or a finance/economics degree with 15+ years of experience, plus track record presenting to investment committees and boards.
