Job description
Dust is seeking a Global Head of Solutions Engineering to build and scale a global customer-facing technical organization. You’ll lead pre-sales and post-sales SE, shaping how the team wins complex enterprise evaluations and ensures durable value after deployment.
You’ll be founding a player-coach function, directly engaging with key customers while rapidly growing the team, defining structure, and aligning with Sales, Customer Success, AI Deployment, Product, and Engineering.
