Job description
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director to lead its Alternate Payments Operations for Kinexys and eWallet in the United States. You will own end-to-end operational strategy, governance, risk management, and service delivery to support growth and product innovation.
You will partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and regional Operations to drive performance, resilience, and customer excellence in a high-volume environment.
