Job description
AbbVie’s MPDD organization seeks a visionary leader to head a global computational chemistry team of 10–12 scientists and matrixed partners across SM CMC and Development Sciences. The role reports to the Global Head of MPDD and drives AI-enabled drug discovery strategy.
The ideal candidate has a strong record in quantum mechanics, atomic simulations, and mentoring, with cross-functional influence to advance mid-to-late stage discovery and clinical development.
