Job description
World Surf League in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Director Marketing/VP Marketing to build and execute a unified strategy that grows fan engagement and positions surfing as a lifestyle and sport across the US and beyond.
The role leads fan growth, digital marketing, paid media, CRM, brand tracking and campaigns, reports to the Global CMO, and collaborates with regional leads, content, partnerships, and events in a hybrid setup (Tue-Thu in office).
