Job description
Nasdaq, Inc. in New York City seeks an Associate Vice President, Head of Governance Operations to translate strategic priorities into disciplined execution across governance pillars.
You will lead day-to-day governance operations and drive a Governance Quality Control Framework while partnering with Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and other control functions to ensure material risks are identified, assessed, and escalated.
