Job description
RealPage seeks a Senior Vice President of Human Resources Business Partners to lead the global HRBP organization and set enterprise-wide HR standards. This hybrid role requires in-person work at the Richardson, TX headquarters at least two days per week.
You will partner with the CHRO and executive leadership to shape people strategy, design, succession, and culture across regions, ensuring scalable, compliant HR practices and a strong employee experience.
