Job description
Sendbird is seeking a Head of IT & Security to lead a global security, IT, and compliance program reporting to the CFO. You will own SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 compliant processes, expanding them, and partnering with engineering to embed security across the product lifecycle.
You will also manage global IT operations and drive a defense-in-depth security culture across a 24/7 platform, aligning security with business goals while scaling AI-enabled systems.
