Job description
Elanco, headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a senior leader to head its global Intellectual Property function. This role partners with the VP of R&D and franchise leads to shape IP strategy, manage risk, and drive value across the portfolio.
The Head of IP will lead a global team, oversee licensing, due diligence, and enforcement activities, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while aligning IP with business objectives and regulatory considerations.
