Edenred Pay USA is seeking a Vice President of Professional Services to lead onboarding and activation for customers across product lines, from contract close through ongoing ownership.
This remote Florida-based role requires 10+ years in professional services, with 5+ years leading managers in B2B SaaS or payments, and a track record deploying AI or automation in onboarding. You will drive metrics and align with sales, product, and operations to scale capacity.
