Job description
AngloGold Ashanti is seeking a Director of People Data & Analytics to drive our global HR analytics strategy, building scalable dashboards and data-driven storytelling for executive decision-making. You will lead a team across SAP SuccessFactors, Databricks, and Power BI, ensuring governance and user-centric design across functions.
You will partner with regional units, COEs, and IT to deploy predictive analytics, NLP, and ONA insights while championing data literacy and capability building
