Job description
Booking Holdings, the world leader in online travel, is seeking a VP, Real Estate to guide global real estate strategy across brands. The role focuses on site acquisition, space planning, and hybrid workplace design while partnering with multiple brands in a matrix organization. This is a hybrid role with NYC and Norwalk locations.
You will lead portfolio strategy, negotiate leases, manage budgets and drive efficiency through KPI-driven management and cross-functional collaboration.
