Job description
Alcon is seeking a Global Head of Strategic Pricing to lead the company’s global pricing strategy across Surgical and Vision Care. The role directs pricing governance, launch pricing, and lifecycle pricing with a focus on value-based strategies and market access.
This executive will drive enterprise pricing excellence, partner with Finance, HEOR, and regional teams, and lead a global pricing organization to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
