Job description
Ontic is seeking a Head of Supplier Performance and Capability to lead global supplier performance, risk and capability development. The role will drive standardized processes, governance, and analytics across Ontic’s sites with an emphasis on performance improvement and supply continuity.
Expect collaboration with site leaders and supplier executives. The position is onsite in Creedmoor, NC and requires significant travel.
