Job description
Turo, Inc. is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to own and scale our global rewards programs across the US, Canada, and beyond. This leader will design compensation, equity, and benefits while guiding a small team in a fast-growing tech environment.
You will partner with Finance, Legal, and HR to align annual cycles, headcount plans, and policy updates, ensuring competitive benchmarking and pay equity compliance. This role is in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule.
