Job description
Swissport is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner to lead HR functions at assigned station(s) in alignment with business objectives and law. You will promote positive associate relations, coach leadership, and mitigate risks through compliant HR initiatives and process improvements.
You will supervise HR staff, coach managers, and ensure policy adherence while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders at local, regional, and country levels.
