TikTok is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to support our US logistics operations, including Fulfillment and Sortation Centers, with end-to-end organization buildout for new sites.
You will lead performance reviews, learning and development, retention programs, and labor model design while partnering with site leadership, HR operations, and vendors to ensure scalable, compliant processes in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
