Job description
Alkegen is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner across multiple sites and regions. You will drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement in a global, matrixed environment.
You will collaborate with COEs and HR Operations to deliver scalable HR solutions, align HR strategies with business objectives, and travel periodically to site locations to support leadership and employees.
