Job description
Boston Scientific is seeking a strategic, collaborative communications leader to direct HR and Culture Communications. You will set the direction for HR messaging, lead a high-performing team and partner with HR and corporate leaders to drive business transformation and employee engagement.
Reporting to the VP, Global Corporate Communications, you will influence enterprise-wide messaging in a global, matrixed organization and shape communication strategy across internal and external audiences.
