Job description
Novo Nordisk A/S is offering a US Human Resources Leadership Rotation for recent graduates. The program rotates through DEIB, Learning and Leadership Development, Talent Management, HR Operations, and more, with exposure to national and global projects and mentored development.
Rotations last 6–8 months each over two years, including a global assignment. Applicants should hold a Master’s degree or higher in HR/OD/Business Management and have limited post-graduate work experience.
