Job description
Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a Global HR Operations Leader to steer HR and Talent Acquisition service delivery across North America, EMEA and APAC. You will lead a globally distributed team, drive automation and AI initiatives, and set metrics to measure service effectiveness and ROI.
Lead a team of ~20 associates, coach for performance, and partner with stakeholders to standardize processes while accommodating local requirements.
