Job description
CAI Software is seeking a temporary Global HR Consultant for a 6-month engagement to partner with the CHRO on strategy and execution. This role guides a global HR team through a transformation in a mid-sized, PE-backed organization with M&A exposure.
The position leads talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations modernization, and AI adoption across HR to improve efficiency and the employee experience company-wide.
