Job description
Fluence Energy is seeking a Senior Director, Global HR Business Partner to advise executives on people strategies that drive business performance, workforce readiness and culture across a multi-country organization.
You will translate business priorities into multi-year people plans, lead workforce planning and organization design, and guide leadership development, succession planning, and employee relations in collaboration with Legal, Compliance and HR Operations.
