Job description
Ideal Tridon Group in Smyrna, Tennessee seeks a Global Director for Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) to lead OSHA, EPA and DOT compliance across US and global operations, including Mexico, Europe, Asia and India. The role is based at the Smyrna Corporate Office with relocation considered.
You will develop and implement environmental, safety and training programs, lead audits and reporting, manage budgets, and drive a proactive zero-incident safety culture across all sites.
