Job description
Vanguard’s Global Risk and Security (GR&S) division seeks a senior IAM Operations leader to define and drive the global IAM operating model. You will partner with cybersecurity, cloud, and engineering teams to embed IAM into enterprise workflows while aligning with risk and regulatory expectations.
You will lead a multiregional team, transform processes through automation, governance, and SRE practices, and report to senior leadership on operational maturity and resilience.
