Job description
H.B. Fuller, a global leader in adhesives, seeks a Senior Director - IP to oversee a large patent and trademark portfolio and lead IP strategy worldwide.
You will partner with the Chief IP Counsel to manage enforcement, licensing, and transactions while guiding consistency across governance, privacy, and information protection programs. Applicants should bring JD, USPTO registration, and 10–15 years of IP leadership experience, preferably in chemical or materials-related industries.
