Job description
Anteris Technologies is seeking a senior IT Service Delivery leader in the United States to design and own the global service model for IT. You will lead the Service Desk, deskside support, and partner with vendors to deliver reliable, scalable employee technology experiences across the organization.
You will champion ITIL-based processes, coach teams, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement while aligning IT services with business goals in a regulated healthcare environment.
