AbbVie is seeking a Senior Manager in Clinical Trial Patient Safety (CTPS) to lead worldwide surveillance of trial safety data and ensure timely, compliant reporting. The role drives process improvements, staff development, and strategic collaboration with medical monitors and regulatory partners.

The ideal candidate has a decade+ in clinical research, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of ICH/FDA/EMA guidelines, with experience in cross-functional teams and complex project management.
