Job description
CDM Smith seeks a National Practice Leader for Water Resource Infrastructure & Resiliency to drive growth, technical excellence, and client engagement across the US. The role leads collaboration with digital service providers to accelerate TSU adoption of digital tools, and to deliver world-class solutions for complex water challenges.
The leader will mentor staff, shape strategy, and promote a high-performance culture while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.
