Job description
CDM Smith seeks a National Practice Leader for Water Resource Infrastructure & Resiliency to drive growth, innovation, and technical leadership across the Water Resource practice in the United States. This role leads client engagement, thought leadership, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
You will mentor specialists, recruit top talent, and advance digital tools in partnership with Trinnex & DES. Travel may be required to support major pursuits and client engagements.
