Job description
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an LMS Integration & Analytics Manager to lead the global learning technology ecosystem across Orthopedics. You will align with education teams to measure KPIs, develop dashboards, and demonstrate the impact of education programs on learner engagement and business outcomes.
In this role, you will partner with Global Commercial Education and Professional Education to standardize KPIs, drive data governance, and deliver actionable insights for education leaders.
