Job description
CS Recruiting is seeking a Director of Logistics Sales to lead a high-performance team and drive growth across domestic transportation. You will own strategy, coaching, new logo acquisition, and pipeline forecasting while collaborating with operations, pricing, and carriers to deliver winning solutions.
This onsite, full-time role requires 10+ years in direct logistics sales, a proven enterprise track record, and willingness to travel for customer meetings (local + national).
