Job description
Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned corporate development professional to act as quarterback for acquisitions, divestitures and strategic deals. You will partner with Strategy, Business Development, Integration and General Management to drive growth and build enterprise value.
The role requires significant M&A experience, strong financial modelling and the ability to lead negotiations with external parties, while coordinating diligence and legal execution across multiple teams.
