Job description
Quality Talent Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Shannon, MS facility. This role leads multiple shifts, oversees SOPs, safety, and housekeeping, and ensures production schedules are met with quality parts and efficient line operation.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years in manufacturing with strong leadership and continuous improvement experience.
