Job description
USP seeks a Senior Technical Director, Global Manufacturing Programs, to provide end-to-end technical leadership across MedSuRe and other programs. You will guide matrixed teams, align with donor objectives, and drive governance, risk management, and performance reporting to senior leadership.
You will lead cross-functional efforts in manufacturing, tech transfer, scale-up, and process validation, ensuring rigor and quality. A Ph.D./MS and 12+ years in pharma environments are required.
